Tack SWC recap:

The boys indoor track team won first in the SWC conference

They took first, second and third in pole vault. Kyle Kurtz ‘24 placed first, Devin Tran ‘25 placed second and Owen Ryan ‘24 placed third.

Luke Richardson won first in the 55M, long jump, and the 4 X 200M

Rosie Volpintesta won first in the high jump, long jump and hurdles.

 

Indoor Track All States recap:

The girls indoor track team came in second place. Talia Graham ‘24 took first place in the 55M and set a new school record and also placed second in pole vault.

Rosie Volpintesta ‘23 won first place in high jump and second in 55M Hurdles, setting a new school record.

Macie Mietz ‘24 came in fourth for the 600M and Rachael Turek came in fifth for the 3200M.

Talia Graham ‘24 and Rosie Volpintesta ‘23 also both qualified for New England Championships where they competed in Boston.

 

The boys team came in third overall.

Greyson Golda ‘24 placed first for shot put. The boys’ relays – the 4×200 including Luke Richarson ‘25, Jackson Sorbello 25, Jaden Hayles ‘23, Daniel Cruz ‘24 and 4×400, Caden Fitzgerald ‘24, Jackson Sorbello ‘25, Daniel Cruz ‘24, Kyle Kurtz ‘24 both placed first.

 

Wrestling:

Captain Jerry Hill ‘23 had a very successful wrestling season. Hill won his weight class in the state tournament 24-8. Hill went on to compete in Nationals where he had his 100th high school win.

 

Esther Ribeiro won her weight class at the New England girls wrestling tournament.

 

Boys swim:

The boys swim team, co-op with Barlow, had their 200 and 400 freestyle relays qualify for the Class M Finals, which Ben Funk ‘23 and Sofiane Hilmi ‘24 were both a part of.
