Inspo Makeup Looks for Winter

“Cold” makeup look

  1. Base – Foundation is full coverage with a matte finish.
  2. Concealer –  Apply concealer 2 to 3 shades lighter than actual skin tone under the eyes, near the inner and outer corner of the eye avoiding the center. Any blemishes can be concealed with a similar shade to skin tone.
  3. Blush – Apply blush all over the cheeks, cheekbones and on the tip of the nose.
  4. Contour – Apply contour below the cheekbones and the edges of the forehead near the hairline and blend into skin. 
  5. Highlight – Apply highlighter to the cheekbones and the tip of the nose.
  6. Eyebrows – Eyebrows are kept natural with minimal product.
  7. Eyes – Apply a shimmer on the eyelids. For eyelashes, apply mascara.
  8. Lips – Use a matte pink lipstick and place it on the inner of the lips. Blend out the edges.

“Douyin” makeup look 

 

  1. Base – Foundation is natural and glowy.
  2. Concealer – Apply under the eyes near the inner and outer corner of the eye avoiding the center. Use a shade 2-3 lighter than skin tone.
  3. Blush  – Apply blush around the eyes, center of cheeks, and the tip of the nose.
  4. Contour – None
  5. Highlight – Apply highlighter on the cheekbones and the tip of the nose blending upwards.
  6. Eyebrows – Keep eyebrows natural and light.
  7. Eyes – Apply a light pink shade all over the eyelid blending out the edges. Apply a glitter or shimmer onto the eyelid and inner corner of the eyes.
  8. Lip – Place matte pink or red lipstick on the inner of the lips only. Use a cotton swab or finger to blend the edges of the lipstick into the rest of the lip, avoid touching the inner of lips when blending.
